The item must be in its original packaging.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only offer refunds on items sold at regular price, sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, send us an email to linhadoce.pt@gmail.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
